Improvements
- Xledger - Improvement of chart of accounts sync. Closed accounts will be filtered out.
- Xledger expense/travel - improved mileage calculation in Xledger.
- Finnish Income Register - Kilometers will be reported without decimals, which is a requirement in the specification.
- Finnish Income Register - Fix for person numbers in Finland, the '-' character was removed. This is now included.
- We have removed all references to Zingchart that were used for Sparakvittot.
- Entertainment (representation) validation fix for missing guest list.
- Review mode notifications show partner admins (even when it should not)
